Architect and designer Neri Oxman is the Sony Corporation Career Development Professor and Associate Professor of Media Arts and Sciences at the MIT Media Lab, where she founded and directs the Mediated Matter design research group. Her group conducts research at the intersection of computational design, digital fabrication, materials science and synthetic biology and applies that knowledge to design across scales from the micro scale to the building scale. Her goal is to enhance the relationship between the built and the natural environments by employing design principles inspired or engineered by Nature and implementing them in the invention of novel digital design technologies. Areas of application include product and architectural design, as well as digital fabrication and construction.

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Design Program
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Design Program is a modernist vision for an optimistic future. The logo (often referred to as "the worm") evokes qualities of unity, technical precision, scientific capabilities and uniqueness. Reduced to its simplest form; the one width, continuous-stroke letters are as contemporary today as when the logo was first introduced by partners, Richard Danne and Bruce Blackburn of Danne & Blackburn (New York, NY) more than 37 years ago.
Cinimod Studio
Cinimod Studio is a cross-discipline practice based in London specializing in the fusion of architecture and lighting design. It was started by the architect and artist Dominic Harris, whose passion for interactive art and lighting design has produced built projects now found across the international art and architecture scene.
